• Adlibs: free if the duration is too short (Only available for track with no overlap)
• Harmony guides: do not include Adlibs by default
• Artificial harmony: available only for correct pitched track

Mixing & Mastering

*Note: Complex effects may result in additional charge.

Guideline

Working Process

• Micro test and samples are required for first time booking.• The file which we receive from you for our services will be considered as the final record. The completed file that we send you will be considered as the final master.• A folder with all tracks separately (main vox, double, harmony, instrumental…) are required for the final record. You can send us those via Google drive, One drive, Appbox…• Notify us if you have any special request regarding key (+1/+2/-1/-2/etc.).

File requirements

• While recording, try to keep a stable distance between micro and your mouth for the best quality take (8cm from your mouth to the micro). Try to record in treated room and avoid obvious background noises (fan, clocks, and animal noises…).• Do not remove the background noise on your own.• Please be sure that your vocal recordings do not overlap. Please save them in separates files. Lines that overlap will still count as 1 track.• If your vocal recording are separated sentences, please rough-timing them in 1 track before sending them to us.• Name tracks accordingly to the content (MainVox, DoubleVox, HarmHigh, HarmLow, Adlibs…).• Vocal tracks should be sent in Wav, Mono, 24 bits 44100hz format. Try to avoid mp3 and m4a.• Please provide us with the instrumental in highest quality (Wav or mp3). In case you are not available to find the highest quality, we've offered a service for that.• Please be aware that the result of the mix will completely depend on the source file quality. Source file which consists of various factors (singing method, background noise, untreated room, recording devices…) will result in different outcomes. Therefore, try to send us the best take. We will notify you for small retakes to fix problematic parts, however, a whole retake track will be considered as an extra one with charges. We can accept phone recording, however, the quality of final master will be affected.

TERM OF SERVICES

A completed booking order is considered as your agreement to our below terms of service.• We will accept and confirm the commission after hearing your final record. Commission might be declined due to lack of quality and the commission is out of our league.• We will upload your commission to social sites as reference and portfolio for advertising (let us know if you do not permit).• Deadlines will be activated when the final record is sent and confirmed. Rushed deadlines will result in additional charges following the fixed deadline of commission (only available for solo commission): 150% price increment for 5 days and 200% price increment for 3 days.• Please credit us in your video. You also need to link our carrd.co comm portfolio in video description.• Commission cancellation is available. We will process refunds regarding the commission progress (kindly check Payment tab for information).• You are provided with free revise/feedback up to 3 times. Additional charges will be counted for the 4th time and more.• We will send you the final master from 7 to 10 days (for solo), 14 days (for duo) and longer with trio. Chorus would take longer, and we will keep you up to date frequently.• Please send us additional takes/ retakes (if any) as soon as possible. Additional charges will be counted if additional takes/ retakes are sent to us while mixing process is in place.

Payment

• Half payment is required for booking. Full payment must be completed before receiving the final master.
• The final master includes only 2 mastered tracks (wav, mp3) and 1 acapella track. Request for vocal stems and instrument stems will not be accepted.• Price in Mixing tab is starting price only. Effect and vocal complexity as well as extra services will result in additional charges.• For commission cancellation, please contact us before sending the final record. We only process a full refund if you contact us within 6 hours after sending the final record. Partial refund (40%) will be processed if you contact us when we already completed timing/ tuning. No refund when we are mixing your covers.
